Although there are multiple versions of each here on the archive, these five songs appear to be all that circulates from the two nights (easy enough to fit onto one disc).

But when the music is this hot, who cares? If the complete shows are anywhere hear as hot as these surviving fragments,
we can only hope they may yet surface at some point.

(I think there is a version of 8/5 floating around somewhere that also has "Midnight Hour" tagged on, but this is clearly from a different source and I'm pretty sure is the Rio Nido Dance Hall version from 9/3 that came out on Fallout From the Phil Zone)

I remember a few years ago celebrating the anniversary of these shows and going for a late night walk with them playing in the headphones. Typical swampy midwest August humidity heat that night, but the music was even swampier and hotter.
